Overview
The second roadmap for health and well-being in central Asia (2026–2030) (CARM-2) builds on the first roadmap (2022–2025) and marks a shift from planning to delivery. It is a country-owned, partner supported platform for advocacy and investment that complements the Second European Programme of Work and national frameworks, advancing a shared vision of a healthier, more resilient and equitable central Asia. CARM-2 pursues three objectives: strengthening resilient health systems, positioning health as a political priority, and scaling up partnerships and resource mobilization for implementation.
